Verallo LLC operates this public website for Verallo’s private beta. If you submit the early access form or email hello@verallo.ai, Verallo uses your name, email, role, optional organization, optional location, and any context you choose to include to reply, understand whether Verallo may be a fit, and manage beta interest.

The early access form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which processes technical browser signals to prevent abuse. Rate limiting briefly stores a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. The site is hosted on Google Firebase, whose infrastructure keeps standard server logs. Verallo may also use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, and general site usage.

Conversation data is personal. Verallo is designed around clear choices for what gets saved, synced, or shared as the beta expands.

Verallo does not run ads or sell personal messages, phrases, voice recordings, identifiable health information, or other identifiable personal data. Website analytics and product data from beta use are handled to operate Verallo, understand interest, and improve reliability as the beta expands.

This policy will be updated as Verallo adds more beta users or changes how data is processed.
